From there squeeze and jump right off the table (after a pause). Nice work. Keep working up to that handspring or half on!

Competition Level: WAG NAIGC Level 7 Start Value: 10.0 Total Score: 8.9 Judge Comment: The first vault is the only allowable Level 7 vault -so I judged that one. For the half on vault there cannot be a half twist off. Work on blocking with flat hips and driving heels onto table. Nice work!
