Example Dismount: High bar gymnast performs a Layout, half-in, half-out; with slight knee bend and a strong pike down before the landing, and sticks the landing.

• Stick Flag Awarded
• Start Value = 4.2 (‘D’ value dismount is worth 4.0 points. 0.2 bonus is awarded for sticking)
• Deductions = 0.4 (.1 legs bent, .3 pike down)
• Total Score = 3.8
